  1. Love it, Lindsey. A few short ‘n feisty sentences & I’m hooked. I’m so thankful the Twitterverse brought us together. 🙂

*looks around* Hmmm… It’s nice in here. Appears as though you’ve managed to pull some of the widgets out of the proverbial junk drawer & get them operational. Way to go. My page still looks like my junk drawer. But I digress.

I read your favourite quote (as well as a few posts) to my significant other, Carl, & he’s now officially dazzled by you, as am I. That’s one of his all-time favourite Doors songs & he’s a Jim Morrison worshiper, as well. Okay, he’s begun singing ‘The Soft Parade’ to me as I’m typing this. What does that tell you? Heavens help us if & when he figures out how to use his Twitter account & read/comment blogs. I’ve a feeling you’ve accidentally stumbled over one of your biggest fans already & that’s just from what I’ve read to him while he plays an online game. *giggles* 😉

Looking forward to sharing thoughts & reading your eloquent words, Lindsey. Blessed Be.

    • Cari! Good to see you here 🙂 Ah our Infamous Widget Problem! I actually had some help from a very good friend who is a complete whizz at blogging although I felt like such a douche going to her and asking all these questions that probably made her roll her eyes in exasperation. I don’t think she had met such a dim technophobe as me before. And anyway I like your page and think you are managing the pesky widgets just fine 🙂
I’m glad you like it in here too, gotta admit I don’t hang here nearly as much as I should, definitely something I need to remedy but time is a bitch to me, that’s for sure.
Oooooooh another Morrison fan! Hello Carl *waves* Always a delight to discover Morrison fans! I struggled for a title for my book for ages and then somehow the word ‘sanctuary’ came to me. I still wasn’t sure about it until I was listening to The Soft Parade one day and straight away knew I had made the right choice. That line is pretty fitting for the story-line.
Thanks for dropping by, looking forward to reading your posts too x

  2. Very enjoyable posts! And this comes from a 70-yuear-old California girl who is finished with the daily commute and doesn’t know a vampire from a zombie. My musical taste runs more to Chopin, or the Beach boys (see above),than to The Doors, The Windows, or any of those other newfangled music groups. But, having discovered blogging (barely!) I’m delighted to find someone to peek at with comfort. I know your name, LindseyClarke, and I’ll be back to read more.

    • Hello Anita! Delighted to meet you here and thank you for reading my rambling and sometimes mad posts. All visitors are very much appreciated. Btw….I don’t mind a bit of Beach Boys myself 😉

  3. Thank you Lindsey for subsribing to ‘Ageless INspiredGuide Careerist. I am honored.

love your blog will be visiting often.

    Best wishes

I am quite thankful you found my blog and I finally put stuff aside to find yours. You have already inspired my writing for the day, and Jim is on my Pandora station. I also love the layout you have, I’ve been playing with the themes and trying to convince my hubby to just design me one. However, I think I’m getting the hang of things. Anyway, I love your writing and your blogging, you are a great teacher :). I hope you are having a wonderful day!

    • Hi Kelley thanks for dropping by! Trust me, I’m no teacher. In fact I’m just at the same stage you are. I enjoy your blog and you talk about many things I can relate to in terms of our writing. I’ll be dropping by more often – us fledglings need all the support we can get! 🙂

  5. I’d like to get the feisty part to join me on Facebook 🙂

  6. Thanks for encouraging me to reach that finish line today. I made it, but just barely. Vampires and Doors fans unite! Have a great weekend! Talk to you soon.
